Investing in healthcare and education sectors to ensure high quality of life for its residents has been defined as an important target of Da Nang.  Now the city is home to 19 general and specialised hospitals, 11 hospitals and medical centres at district level, 47 medical stations at commune/ward level and more than 900 private medical clinics.
